The “CERR_Radiomics” collection is a collection of CT and PET-CT scans that can be used to aid in the implementation of Radiomics for CERR, the Computational Environment for Radiotherapy Research.
An implementation of Radiomics for CERR allows for an advanced, quantitative analysis of features from CT and PET-CT images, directly from the plans/data structure generated by CERR. More information about CERR can be found GitHub, where it is actively maintained: https://github.com/cerr/CERR
