QIN_Radiomics collection

QIN_Radiomics is a collection of CT and PET/CT scans from Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) patients for the “Radiomics of NSCLC” project of the Quantitative Imaging Network (QIN).

The QIN is a National Cancer Institute supported network of U01 grant recipients, aimed at improving the role of quantitative imaging for clinical decision making in oncology by the development and validation of data acquisition, analysis methods, and tools to tailor treatment to individual patients and to predict or monitor the response to drug or radiation therapy.

In the QIN, MAASTRO Clinic and the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center cooperate in a grant named “Radiomics of NSCLC” in which advanced, quantitative analysis of features from pre-therapy CT and PET/CT images are correlated to gene expression and clinical outcomes data in patients with NSCLC.
